If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product or believe there is an issue with your order, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible. To help us resolve your request quickly, please include your order number in your email and, if applicable, attach clear photos of the product and the issue you have encountered. This allows our team to assess the situation efficiently and provide you with the most appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please note that this right only becomes applicable after your order has been delivered. Delivery is considered complete once the tracking information shows the shipment status as "Delivered."

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. Before returning any item, please contact us at support@dravix.pl and include your order number in your email. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law or if the product is faulty or incorrect.
